General Meeting

March 15, 2005

 

 

 

Meeting was called to order by President Martin  8:05PM.

 

West Central Florida ARRL Section Manager, DEE TURNER,N4GD, paid us an official visit. Mr. TURNER introduced himself and spoke about his new job. Learn additional at http://WWW.N4GD@arrl.net/.

 

The minutes for the last General Meeting held 2.15.05 were read and accepted.

Motion-Eddie, Second-Vivia

 

Club Elections: Charles presented the slate as:

          Pres – Danny Zirpoli, N4CPP                    Board Members:

          V. Pres. – Don V., N3VP                          Eddie, KI4ZJ

          Sec. – Elmer, KE4EYN                            Charles, KD4TMS

          Treas. – Vivia, KB4KEK                            Hans, WB4ZZB

                                                                   Fritz, N4DPF         

                                                                   Bill B., KG4QOT

 

A motion to accept the slate as given was made by Hans, seconded byFritz. A unanimous vote for by those members in attendance (none against) sealed their fate as the officers for the coming year.

 

All present then gave their names and call signs in a round table style, and related any trouble they got into since the last meeting. We then broke for some very delicious refreshments. Due to illness, the program scheduled for this evening was not present. This gave our visitor, Mr. TURNER, additional time in which he fielded many questions from the membership.

 

Meeting was adjourned at 9:24PM.
