Board Meeting

June 17, 2003

President Eddie Martin called meeting to order at 9:30 PM.

Members in attendance: Eddie Martin, Don Vander Polder, Charles Michael, Fritz, and Hans Nepfal.

Members not in attendance: Vivia Martin and Elmer Dickson.

Guests in attendance: Theresa Michael

Don Vander Polder made a motion to accept the minutes from the last meeting as posted on the web site.

Program Committee: Hans and Don have programs scheduled for the next two months

New Business:

Eddie Martin and Charles Michael presented Ken Siegel with a Lifetime Membership award.

Don Vander Polder suggested we limit Current Events portion of General Meeting to Ham Radio only to shorten the meeting.

Snacks at the General Meeting were discussed and was agreed that sodas and cookies, or something similar, were to be served, nothing elaborate.

Meeting adjourned at 9:50 PM
