Meeting was called to order at 7:53PM by President Eric Owen

There was no official meeting On April 17, 2007 – Quorum of Officers and Board members not met – Eric read the minutes of the unofficial meeting.

President’s Report:

Eric Owen is in negotiation with the Manatee Amateur Radio Club and the Sarasota Emergency Radio club for a tri-club tail-gate event. The event will not be named for one club, it will have a generic name, sponsored by the three clubs. Details to follow.

Field Day: June 23 – June 24, 2007:

Application and Insurance papers were turned into Wilkinson Elementary School on May 11 by Elmer Dickson.

Fritz has some of the Club’s equipment to bring

Eric will have a Satellite demo

Bob Miller will be attending with his CW rigs

Treasurer’s Report:

Vivia Martin handed out bank statements and rec reports for the last months that she has not been at the meetings. Call if there are any questions.

Copies of the Thank You notes from Helen Vande Polder and the Epilepsy Services of Southwest Florida were on the table by the sing in sheet for all to have.

The Moonshiner was also copied and on the table for all to have.
