President Eddie martin called the meeting to order at 9:35 pm.

Don Vande Polder suggested we start our meetings at 7:30 pm since we now have the Board meeting following the General Meeting and that makes for a long night. Eddie Martin said he would check to see if the room was available at that time. There will be further discussion next month.

John Hennessey has published a book Rules for ARRL, it was suggested by Don Vande Polder that we choose one basic rule a month to review.

Don Vande Polder suggested we send a letter to all the former members of the club to invite them back. We can include in the letter, that the presentations are fun, educational and interesting. Just a simple, “We miss you, stop in when you can” kind of letter. We will go back three to four years. Vivia Martin said she would put a rough draft together for the next meeting. The suggestion was put into a motion that was seconded by Hans Nepfel.

Eddie Martin said he will email a meeting notice to all in his database one week before meeting night.

Fritz made a motion to adjourn that was seconded by Hans Nepfel.

Meeting adjourned at 10:06 by Eddie Martin.
