Board Meeting

June 15, 2004

 

 

Meeting was called to order at 7:40PM BY president Martin.

 

The minutes of the last Board/Regular Meetings on May 18 and current financial report(s) were not available at this time, therefore not read.

 

The main topic was upcoming Field Day, June 26 & 27. All is ready (port-a-potty, food prep. As before, tables and chairs, radios and antennas as well as insurance) for a fun time at the Wilkinson Elementary School Pavilion.

 

Having nothing additional for the agenda or other, the board meeting was adjourned at 8:00PM, motion-Fritz, 2nd-Vivia.
