Board meeting

April 18, 2006

The meeting was called to order at 7:40 PM by President Danny, N4CPP.

The Minutes for the last Board Meeting of March 21, 2006 were read and accepted.

Officers’ Reports:

Treasurer, Vivia Martin, KB4KEK, related that the club budget was/is doing quite well. She furtherd that the Dutch heritgage Restaurant has been secured for the June General Dinner Meeting; time of 6:30 PM rather than the usual 8:00 PM.

Committee Reports:

Hans, WB2ZZB, on entertainment, always looking for interesting programs.

Fritz, N4DPF, for the elections committee, will report on same during General Meeting, looks like the same (fine) slate.

Meeting was then adjourned at 7:55 PM by President Danny,
