Board meeting

March 21, 2006

The meeting was called to order at 7:55 PM by President Danny, N4CPP.

The Minutes for the last Board Meeting of February 21, 2006 were read and accepted.

Officers’ Reports:

Treasurer, Vivia Martin, KB4KEK, explained the debts and credits for the past year and approximated expenses (will have to delete dues as an income-with exceptions) for the coming year, also known as The Budget. Vivia will secure the dining arrangements for the June (20^th) dinner General Meeting at the Dutch heritage Restaurant. Time probably of 6:00PM. Treasurer report accepted:

Eddie, KI4ZJ, brought up that the Club elections should have been held at the meeting. As this time has no happened, on a motion – Elmer, KE4EYN, Second, Don, N3VP, a three member nominations committee was formed, consisting of Elmer, KE4EYN, Hans, WB2ZZXB, and Fritz, N4DPF.

Elmer, re: Field Day (June 24 – 25), the site at Wilkinson Elementary School has been secured as well as the Port-O-=Potty and the insurance(s) for that day.

With no additional, the meeting was adjourned at 8:15PM:
