Amongst the least amount of bickering I have ever seen or
been party to, Ms Vivia, our esteemed treasurer, related that we (SARA) are in
receipt of a questionnaire from the IRS concerning returns since 1999 and
especially 2001. Apparently a special form (550) needs to be filed and pronto!?
Will be taken care of.
Fritz, W4DPF, agreed, after much pleading, to take the
minutes during club and board regular meetings, but, with no additional duties
of a secretary. Fritz further related that RE: Nominations, or rather a lack of
thereof, said nominating committee has nothing new since last Board Meeting.
Looks like current officers will stay.
Hans, WB2ZZB, is currently by himself in presenting varied
programs to the meetings. He would appreciate help and suggestions. Fritz,
W4DPF, found (wasn’t really lost) the
club’s video”Everything You Wanted To Know About antennas” and “Spark
Gap”. Were shown a few years ago and were very interesting.
