Board Meeting

July 20, 2004

President Eddie Martin called the Board Meeting to order at 7:40 PM.

Report on Field Day by Treasurer Vivia Martin showed that we went slightly over budget, but the food was excellent and all had a good time.

The Treasurers report, Vivia again, was read and accepted; motion – Fritz, 2^nd – Elmer. Said report was quite favorable, we are under budget for the year at this time with no major expenses coming due.

Board member Hans reported on upcoming programs for the regular meetings, and, lastly – out of sequence – Fritz read the minutes for the last board meeting held June 15, 2004, which were accepted under motion – Eddie, 2^nd – Danny.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:55 PM.
