Meeting
was called to order at 7:54 PM by President Eric, KD4MZM.
The minutes for the last
Board combined with the General meetings’ of June 19, 2007 were
read and accepted.
Officers’ Reports:
President: Eric, KD4MZM, related that he has received e-Mails
from other clubs and individuals thanking us for a well done (past) Field Day.
Eric also added a thank You to mic, W4Zpp, for her
video clip and still pictures of the gathering which
have been added to the club website via QRZ.
Treasurer: Vivia, KB4KEK, related that field day expenses came
to $256.60. concerning previous (board meeting of June 19,2007) of a donation
to our host site for said event, The shrine of the Master Church, a motion was
made by Eddie, KI4ZJ, that a donation in the amount of $150.00 be made. Motion
seconded by Bill, WB4TJG. Motion carried, all in favor.
Secretary: Elmer, KE4EYN,
relates that the previously ordered port-o-potty has been cancelled as the
change of location of Field Day will not require same.

Vice President: None
New Business:
Bill, W4IL. Suggested the
club look into the purchase of a new H F radio for Field Day use, felt,
apparently that the current rig was lacking. Firtz,
N4DPF, suggested that the current rig, the Yeasu 990,
is in probable need of tune or a good going over, but, not replaced at least at
this time.
