Board Meeting

October 19, 2004

The meeting was called to order at 7:45 PM by President Eddie Martin.

Treasurer’s Report:

Vivia Martin reported that we are still within budget for 2004.

Old Business:

None

New Business:

Vivia Martin said she would contact Board Member Danny Zirpoli for him to Keep his eye out and make suggestions as to the location of the Holiday Dinner. Danny is “around” and knows places that we could possibly have use of a piano. We will continue with the past successful pay your own way get together.

Other Business:

Board Member Hans questioned for ideas on increasing membership. Those present were unable to come up with any concrete or at least workable answers.
