Board Meeting
October 17, 2006
Meeting was called to order
at 7:35PM by President Danny, N4CPP.
The minutes for the last
board meeting of September 19, 2006, were read by Treasurer Vivia, KB4KEK. The
minutes were accepted by an all in favor vote.
Officers’ Reports: None
Treasurers Report: Vivia is
looking at various office supply outlets for the specific type of paper used in
the past for the Holiday Dinner invites (up-coming). Said Holiday Dinner will
be this year at Troyer’s Dutch Heritage Restaurant, this has worked well in the
past, and will be on the December 2006 General Meeting night (19th).
Programs: Hans, WB2ZZB, is
working diligently on producing quality and exciting programs for the future
meeting nights.
Eddie, KI4ZJ, related that
the radios and other equipment belonging to the club which had previously been
in the now defunct radio room at the hospital (SMH), is amongst the missing or
simply cannot be found. He furthered that he will check into the situation.
Eddie then went on that he wishes assistance in his duties as repeater
director, will be training Eric, KD4MZM, as said assistant.
