The meeting was called to order at 7:40 PM by President Martin.
Minutes for last Board Meeting, 1.18.05, were read (by me)
and accepted.
Motion – Vivia; Second – Hans
Secretary’s Report:
Elmer, related the picking up of ham
related items from Bud Fisher, KF4TN (this was done two weeks ago) and also
from Donna Blanchard (last week). These items have been donated to the SARA
Club for disposal to said clubs’ benefit. I related the status (some items
already sold) of those items in my possession.
Treasurer’s Report:
Vivia, related that membership stands currently at
twenty-eight (28). She will send out a second reminder as there is a good
chance of additional return(s).
V.P. Report:
Charles, on the upcoming elections, has not found any new
(or old for that matter) blood interested. Status –
same,
Old Business:

New Business:
None.
Programs:
Hans, will continue while he is here (planning exotic
vacations), assisted by Don, N3VP.
