Board Meeting

January 18, 2005

The meeting was called to order at 7:45 PM by President Eddie Martin.

Treasurer’s Report:

Vivia Martin happily related that the budget for 2004 was exceeded by only sixty dollars. Motion to accept report: Fritz, 2^nd: Hans. Accepted.

New Business:

None.

Other Business:

V.P. Charles, on elections for club officers coming in march, all positions are open, would like to see some new blood. Otherwise, nothing additional at this time.

Sec’y Elmer has been contacted by a person un-named at this time concerning the donation of her father’s ham equipment to the club. A tentative meeting has been set for mid Feb.

Treas. Vivia said that 32 membership renewals mailed, 22 have been received so far.
